Cambridge-based five-piece Staycations have unveiled their latest single, ‘Ophelia’. It’s an infectious guitar rock effort that encompasses all the elements they have established on their recent releases ‘Hey Guys’ and ‘The Enemy’, moving forward on their path.

Comprised of two brothers – Lewis Marriott-Hall and Charles Hall – alongside Will Hasleham, Ben Udin and Craig Sadler, the band draws soundscapes that embrace several sources of influence, going from Gengahr and Jaws to more experimental Flying Lotus. Not to mentions classics such as The Smiths or The Cure. Dreamy atmospheres blend on ‘Ophelia’, a new number that sees Staycations refining their songwriting with a richer and more intricate sound.
