Brightonians Thyla have announced the release of their first offering of 2017. The dreamy ‘Ferries Wheels’ is their new number, shared ahead of a launch show at London’s Shacklewell Arms on May 10th.
The four-piece – comprised of Millie Duthie (vocals, guitar), Mitch Duce (lead guitar), Dan Hole (bass, vocals) and Danny Southwell (drums) – create ethereal soundscapes blending fuzzy and distorted guitars with driving rhythms on their ‘Ferries Wheels’. The track, produced by Macks Faulkron, describes the fear of not being good enough in the eyes of those people who really matter.
