Welsh Seazoo have shared they latest number, ‘Dig’, and to make it short, it’s indie pop at its finest. The track is the third single taken from the debut LP due out on January 26th, and it’s an effervescent cut concerning a re-occurring dream that eventually slips into waking life.
The quintet keep unfolding details of an album that I expect to be one of the most interesting in the first part of 2018, drawing comparisons to the likes of giants like Yo La Tengo or Super Fully Animals, not to mention Grandaddy. The band, who have been recently supporting punk rockers The Lovely Eggs on their UK tour, have gained solid support across the radio (Huw Stephens, Steve Lamacq and Chris Hawkins, among others).
Listen to ‘Dig’, and start dancing to it, if you like.
