They teased some “big news” right before Easter. The Juliana Theory have finally announced what they will be up to in the next months, and it will be a reunion tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
Formed in 1997, the emo band – comprised of Brett Detar, Chad Alan, Joshua Fiedler, Joshua Kosker and Josh Walters – released four studio albums before disbanding in 2006. Their most famous record, ‘Emotion Is Dead’, also celebrates its 15th birthday this year, as it was released in 2002 under Tooth & Nail. The band has announced the repress of the LP, as part of VIP bundle fans can purchase when accessing the ticket sale section on the bands’ brand new website (Thejulianatheory.com).
The anniversary tour will kick off on July 29th in Columbus, and will move across the U.S. to end in Pittsburgh for two special nights. The band hasn’t announced any European dates so far, although hundreds of fans are already begging the band on social media.
