Rama Lama Records is a Swedish independent label, home of Kluster, five-piece originally from Malmö, whose debut single is titled ‘Over My Head’. It’s the first instalment shared by the band from their forthcoming debut album.

The outfit was founded by four friends and a virtual drummer – shortly after replaced by a… real one – in 2014. Active on the live scene, the band forged their signature sound gaining online praise and playing important slots supporting the likes of Frankie Cosmos and Nicole Sabouné. The first official release is, in fact, an ambitious mix of pop, punk, and noise, all drenched in a playful, psychedelic atmosphere. Sudden changes of direction and captivating distorted guitar riffs stand out in a track that is described by the quintet as a focus on “the inner conflict of wanting to hide but at the same time open up and what that does to you”.
